Bone carvings:

All carvings can either be white or 'stained' (brownish color). There is no difference in quality between white or stained carvings. Some people prefer white carvings, some people prefer 'stained' carvings.
All carvings come with a strong black string.

Please take note of the code of the carvings you wish to order. The code can be found at the bottom of every carving page or underneath the image or description of the carving. The price is also stated there in US Dollars. You will need the code to complete our order form...

Packing and postage charges: US$9 (for world wide delivery). This includes insurance. If you wish to order more then one carving, there will be no extra charge for postage (max. of 5 carvings - and sent to the same address. If you wish more carvings, we will send you a quote before processing your payment).

We can offer the Express Courier service, however, the cost is US$42 (worldwide) (US$27 for Australia) for this service.

Matau bone carving

To give you an indication of the weight of a carving, the largest carving, de "Ko Te Houora" is only 50 grams. Two Manaia are 60 grams.

All bone carvings will be wrapped in tapa cloth... to give the gift an extra Pacific feel to it...
Tapa cloth is made from the inner bark of a tree, the paper mulberry tree. Tapa cloth is a traditional handicraft and art form in the Pacific Islands. Our site includes images with tapa cloth (like the image underneath).

Our bone carvings will have a black braided polyester wax cord, very strong and durable.

Pounamu carvings will have a black braided polyester wax cord and grey felt pouch.

!!! Please note that our tiki greenstone carvings are carved
single sided and come with a jumpring only !!!

Ordered carvings will be sent as soon as we receive your payment.

You can order a small kete ('gift basket' made from flax) with your carving... Only US$6 with a carving, or US$7.50 without a carving.

You can also order a Maori design bandanna with your carving... Only US$6 with your carving, or US$7.50 without a carving.
