Gannet wall art. We love gannets too… one of our favourite birds…

A box of birds just flew in last week, including the gannets. Another great design by Ian Blackwell. We love gannets and it is always a joy to visite the Muriwai gannet colony in West Auckland. Only a one hour drive from Auckland city. You can easily spend a few hours here and see the gannets from different vantage points. And it’s only a short walk from the car park. It’s so wonderful to see these birds so close.

Muriwai is also a very popular surf beach.
