Where to find Maori art?
Right here at Aotearoa.co.nz. The wooden artworks above were all created by the Wood Masters team in Rotorua. The carvers use mainly tulip wood, but we also feature taiaha made from matai, a NZ native wood. They have a wonderful selection of work and we are looking at adding more of their artworks to our Aotearoa.co.nz site in the future.Wood Masters can also carve wooden masks, tiki, tekoteko, trophies, hooks, koru, manaia.
