I just found your lovely web tribute to my old mate Bazza. I only found out recently about his untimely death. He was so talented as we all know, I remember him for his great sense of humour. We had many a good laugh at the greenstone factory. Mostly at the expense of the tourists that turned up, Bazza would run around and swap all the numbers on the various machines to confuse them.
He was never down always so positive. He made a carving for me as a gift which I still have on prominent display. It always reminds me of him and how he was.
Bazza I miss you mate.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Barry. Such times are never easy and there aren't any words that negate the feeling of loss or grief, as you well know, based on what you've shared with me in the past. We can only hope Barry's spirit has found ease and release from the suffering he was undergoing as a result of his illness.
If you do see Barry's son, please extend my sympathies on his fathers passing. And feel free to share as much or as little of this message with him as you see fit.
