Ikey Robertson has been importing jewellery and other goods for almost twenty years now.

He saw a need for something that he could sell to shops that only sold New Zealand made items.

So he developed these pendants. Most of them are made from what were originally bone-carvings. He purchased the originals, from a very talented carved and teacher called Chris, who lives in Takaka.

Then he had them cast at a local factory. They are made from zinc, with either an antique gold, antique silver or antique bronze finish.
