I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the personal touch that you give to your orders! Too often these days we receive emails that contain the "do not reply to this email" message, or we are lost within phone systems that force us to press number after number before we actually find a human voice on the other end, only to be transferred to another person altogether!!

Simple messages like "Cool, surf back in anytime!" or your comment on my Google skills lets me know that you are "hands on" with your orders. Your personal touch assures me and your other customers that you find each order to be special, important and appreciated, and though I can only speak for myself, I know that kind of treatment guarantees that I will bring my business back to you again and again.

Just wanted to pass that along. I can't wait to receive (and wear!) my pendant, and to do business with you again in the future!!

A couple of years ago I befriended a Gambian guy who was staying in London (my home for the last 7 years now). When he headed back to Gambia I wanted to give him something to remember me by and searching desperately on the net for a little taster of my homeland I happened to come across your site.  I have since lost contact with this guy but the other day I got a txt msg out of the blue from him to tell me that he still loves his Koru bone carving necklace. It is great to see on your feedback page that you have so many customers worldwide and now you can add Gambia to you list of where your products have ended up.
